Plans overview

Climatiq offers three main plan tiers : Starter, Data Pro, and Enterprise. We also offer specialized plans for academic institutions and non-profit organizations.

Your specific plan, included consumption quotas, and pricing are defined in your service order. Your service order is the source of truth for your plan details. Refer to it first if you have questions about your pricing, overage rates, or renewal terms.

If you purchased Data Pro without a signed service order, you can review what is included on our pricing page . If you are unsure which plan you are on, contact our support team .

Your current plan

To check your current plan:

1. Log in to your Climatiq account at www.climatiq.io 
2. Click your profile icon in the top right
3. Under My plan, you can see the features included in your current plan and which products are enabled

Billing

Climatiq bills on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis, as specified in your Service Order.

Invoices

Past invoices are accessible via the billing portal . Enter the billing email address associated with your Climatiq account and a secure login link will be sent to that address.

Upgrading or downgrading your plan

If you’d like to review your purchased products or anything else related to your Climatiq subscription, please reach out to our support team  and we can assist you.

Feature access

Your Climatiq subscription determines which calculation features and datasets are available to your account. You can see exactly what is enabled by:

1. Clicking your profile icon in the top right of the Climatiq dashboard
2. Selecting My Plan
3. Scrolling to Features enabled

Features are grouped into two categories:

• Features: the Climatiq capabilities included in your plan, such as Autopilot, Energy, Intermodal Freight, Business Travel, and more.
• Datasets: the emission factor datasets your account can access, such as ecoinvent, EXIOBASE, IEA Data, or Sustamize datasets.

A green indicator next to an item means it is currently active on your account.

Can I enable features myself? Feature access is managed by Climatiq. If you need access to additional features or datasets, contact your customer success manager or reach out via support .

Academic and NGO plans

Climatiq offers discounted and custom plans for qualifying academic institutions and non-profit organizations using Climatiq for non-commercial purposes.

Academic plan: available to researchers, faculty, and students at accredited universities or research institutions, for non-commercial research or educational use.

NGO plan: available to registered non-profit or non-governmental organizations, for use aligned with the organization’s non-commercial mission.
