What if I need more time to trial Climatiq?

What happens if I exceed my monthly API quota on the Community Plan?

If you exceed the 250 API call limit per month on the Community Plan, your API access will be temporarily suspended until the start of the next monthly cycle. To avoid disruption to your service, you can upgrade to a paid plan, which lets you adjust the number of API calls that best suits your specific use case. In addition to providing access to a greater number of features and support, our paid plans enable you to scale your usage to meet the growing demands of your business.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Contact us anytime and we'll help you find the best plan to suit your needs.

Do you offer special pricing for nonprofits, students or educators?

Climatiq, as a registered B Corporation, partners with academic institutions and not-for-profits. We offer a free package to NGOs or academic institutions. Please use your university or non-profit email address so we can verify your association with the institute, or get in touch with us for further information.

Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up for the Community plan?

No credit card is required for the Community plan. Feel free to try out the product and share your feedback with us.

What are paid datasets?

Paid data includes emission factors we license from partners such as ecoinvent at an additional cost. We, therefore, charge extra for these datasets and the price varies by dataset and access level.

Can I get a quote or purchase order?
