Zinc (primary production from concentrate)

It can be used in the following applications and/or processes: coating in steel work/die cast and for electroplating, to galvanise other metals, such as iron, to prevent rusting, to produce die-castings, which are important in the automobile, electrical and hardware industries, in alloys such as brass, nickel silver and aluminium solder.
