Plastic film (coextruded EVA/LLDPE/EVA) (made by coextrusion of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer with polyethylene (LLDPE))

Process description: The coextrusion of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer with polyethylene (LLDPE) produces the main product plastic film (coextruded EVA/LLDPE/EVA). For this purpose, the process consumes hydrochloric acid, ethylene/vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer, and polyethylene (LLD). Utilities consumed comprise cooling water, electricity, unspecific inorganic chemical, cement, and disposal of cement. Dataset type is technology-specific (extension layer). Allocation type is no allocation needed in this unit process. In case of energy co-production, allocation via avoided burden is applied for the co-produced energy. CAS RN is polymer.
