Tofu (production)

The activity generating the emissions is tofu production. The Reference Product is tofu. The product tofu is a processed food product based on soybeans. Soybeans are soaked in water, pressed and centrifuged to obtain a soy base at 5% protein. After coagulation, the resulting whey and curd is pressed to remove the whey. The curd is then pressed and pasteurized, then cooled and cut into blocks. The Reference Product amount is 1. The cut-off classification is allocatable product.
