The activity generating the emissions is tofu production. The Reference Product is tofu. The product tofu is a processed food product based on soybeans. Soybeans are soaked in water, pressed and centrifuged to obtain a soy base at 5% protein. After coagulation, the resulting whey and curd is pressed to remove the whey.
