Planing mill (planing mill production)

Emissions generated by the activity within the product supply chain as described in ecoinvent v3.8. This is an immobile infrastructure, representing the construction of a planing mill. The infrastructure represents a medium sized planing mill, with a total output of 1,250,000 m3 planed timber in a lifetime of 50 years. The process includes land use, building material and their decommission. The space for storing dried wood before and after planing and for packageing is included. The cut-off classification is allocatable product. The activity type is ordinary transforming activity. The reference product amount is 1.
