Emissions generated by the activity within the product supply chain as described in ecoinvent v3.10. The product 'wood chips wet measured as dry mass' represent wood chips produced from residual wood (slab and sidings) and logs at the sawmill site as well as wood chips produced in forestry activities. The weight is expressed as dry mass. Wood chips are produced by chopping larger pieces of softwood or hardwood into chips. 'Wood chips wet measured as dry mass' are produced with a stationary electric chipper (at the sawmill) with a mobile chipper (at forest road) or with a diesel terrain chipper (in the stand). Wood chips wet are mostly used as wood fuel. The cut-off classification is allocatable product. The activity type is ordinary transforming activity. The reference product amount is 1.
