Refined silver has a purity of 99.50% and it is a transition metal. It is a direct product of the Merrill-Crowe process , dried, smelted and finally refined with the Wohlwill and Möbius electrolysis. It is also a by-product of gold-silver mine operation with refinery and primary zinc production from concentrate.
