HP Inc. is a major global manufacturer of personal computers, laptops, printers, and displays. HP publishes a standalone Product Carbon Footprint Report for every new computer and display product family it launches; a practice it pioneered in 2007 as the first IT company to disclose product-manufacturing GHG emissions. These reports are calculated using an internally built LCA calculator, independently reviewed for ISO 14040/14044 alignment, and published on HP's support site, alongside a free public Carbon Footprint Calculator for estimating impact by device model. HP was also the first IT company to set science-based targets across its full value chain and has a public 2025/2030 roadmap targeting reductions in operational and supply-chain emissions.
