Green manure is used as soil cover during winter to reduce soil erosion and nitrate leaching for spring-sown crops. An user employing this module should use 1 ha of green manure corresponding to the area required to produce 1 kg of product of spring-sown crop. The end date for green manure was chosen on the basis of the date of soil cultivation of the spring-sown crop in question. Users should employ the respective model of green manure depending on the date of soil cultivation for their crop. This product is produced through organic agricultural practices which do not include fertiliser and pesticide application. The cut-off classification is allocatable product.
